The Science Factory is currently open Tuesday – Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Who should visit the Science Factory?
Science Factory exhibits are geared for ages 7-13 but is fun for the whole family. The main exhibit gallery, the Castagna Learning Center and all exhibits are wheelchair accessible. Members of other Association of Science-Technology Centers (ASTC) museums are welcome to use their membership at the Science Factory if they meet the proper guidelines.

What do I do when I get to the Science Factory?
The average visit time to the Science Factory is about two hours. Check in at our front desk and then let the fun begin! Our open floor space allows you to move from exhibit-to-exhibit at your own pace – no map needed! Your admission is good until we close for business that day. You are welcome to take a break and come back later to play some more! Visit our Events & Programs page to learn about special events we have and to learn more about our Science Cafe demonstrations.
Where can we go to get some food?
The Science Factory does not have food on-site, but there are several places close that you can go to for a meal or snack. Four54 Grill is attached to our building (walk out our main doors, make a left and go around the corner of the building), and they offer special discounts to anyone wearing an admission bracelet from the Science Factory. Other restaurants that are close include the Cork and Cap Restaurant, McDonalds and Subway.
