The Master of the Mess, Luke Netherton, Returns for Maker Space: Traveling to New Heights with Bottle Rockets
Take your creativity to new heights as you and your child construct Soda Bottle Rockets. Watch how different designs of cones, vertical stabilizers and rudders impact flight. Does your design reach for the stars or harness lateral flight?
Take your tongue on a taste bud challenge in the “Tour of Chocolates” with an educator from The Hershey Story. You will put your senses to the test as they explain how you taste different flavors even though it’s all simply chocolate.

Participants will build their own hydro lift and learn about the transfer of energy used to increase force. Use your newly founded creation to demonstrate the principles of Hydraulics and see if you can recognize where it might be useful in the working world.
