Homeschool Hands-On STEM
We are proud to be a trusted educational partner to homeschool families across Central Pennsylvania. Homeschool classes are offered at the Lancaster Science Factory on select days during the Fall/Winter and Winter/Spring semesters. Classes offer a chance to engage students in group learning and hands-on experimentation.
Programs are designed for students in grade levels 1st – 6th. Each semester is divided into themed units and lessons which build from one session to the next. The cost is $15 per students. Parents can enroll students in each session individually or enjoy a discount when enrolling in the entire semester.
Winter/Spring 2021- Even MORE Fairytale STEM
The Winter/Spring Homeschool Hands-on STEM curriculum will feature science, technology, engineering, and math used to solve problems and answer questions from well-known fairytales. Could you build something as strong as Rapunzel’s hair? Is it possible to prevent Humpty Dumpty from falling to pieces? Would the big bad wolf blow down your house? Students in grades 1st – 6th will learn and use real STEM principles to find out!
Classes are 90 minutes and will be held on on the following Tuesdays at 10am and 1pm.

Because of physical distancing requirements space will be limited and COVID-19 Health and Safety Policies will apply. Masks are required for entry to our facility.
