Closed for Renovations
January 1 - February 4
Hard Hat Zone!
Exciting things are brewing at The Lancaster Science Factory! As many of you know, we have been working for 3 years on a plan to expand the size of the Science Factory by about 4,500 square feet, add a Maker Space and install several new exhibits (in addition to refurbishing many of our current ones). While we have been able to start several of these projects while still staying open to the public, the time has come for us to close for a short time so that we can really dive into making these fantastic new additions.
The Lancaster Science Factory will be closed for renovations January 1st – February 5th, 2019. At that time, we are hoping to have most of our new components completed. We will continue to work on our new Maker Space through February and we are scheduled to open that space in early March.
There is still time to get involved!

We appreciate your patience as we begin on this exciting new phase and we can’t wait for you to see our new space once it’s completed.
